Q:
I can't see any video or the video is very bad
quality, is there something wrong with your server or is
the problem on my end?
A: Usually it is a problem on the
clients end, our servers are up 99.99% and downtime is
usually just a few minutes. If you have repeatedly
tried to watch the video and failed, then maybe you do
not have the latest edition of Windows® Media Player or
your Internet Security settings are set too high.
In case of slow transfer rate the video will be jerky,
but when you access them with High speed ADSL or Cable
modem, you will get a crystal clear DVD quality video.
Q:
I am currently a member but now I can't find the
sign-in box to access the site, where is it?
A: On the bottom of each page you can
see a link called MEMBERS. You should press that
and then you will be presented with the login box.
